2025 Gingerbread House Competition
A Sweet Celebration of Community, Creativity, and Connection
This holiday season, Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity proudly hosted our 1st Annual Gingerbread Habitat Build & Display, bringing together families, youth, businesses, and neighbors for a festive celebration of creativity and community.
Participants of all ages created imaginative gingerbread houses that were displayed at Three Rivers Crossing, where community members voted for their favorites. With both community voting and a panel of judges, participants competed for 12 prizes across multiple categories, including Youth, Teen, Family or Group, Business or Organization, Most Creative, and Best in Show.

From greeting visitors and collecting votes to helping contestants and spreading cheer, our volunteers were the heart of this event.
