Retirement Plan Gift
You can reduce or even eliminate tax liabilities on your retirement plan by naming Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity as direct beneficiary.Life Insurance Plan Gifts
If you have a life insurance policy that has outlasted its original purpose, you can use it to reduce your taxes and create a legacy gift. If Habitat retains the policy to maturity, or you name it as a beneficiary, the proceeds of your policy will be paid to Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity once the policy matures.
